        Badman, the surviving messenger

The Special Minister of Elective Home Education has come to the conclusion that Graham Badman probably saved his life by publishing his non-evidence based Report, as scientific experience seems to indicate that if government doesn't like the message from its advisors, it shoots the messenger.

indeedy... we wouldn't want poor old Badders going down the Dr.Nutt route of having no morally comfortable alternative than to stand up for honesty & risk his career... or even the Dr.David Kelly route & put his ,life on the line for the TRUTH... o no, that would never do.... after "it is important that the governments messages... are clear & as an adviser you do nothing to undermine public understanding of them" (Letter fron Alan Johnson to Prof. Nutt: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/thereporters/markeaston/2009/10/nutt_gets_the_sack.html)... or else!
